Chap Waist
|
Measure all the way around at
the base of the belt loops of pants fitting up
on the waist. If a lower waist style is
preferred, measure around that point.

Thigh
|
Measure the largest part of
the upper thigh.-

|
Measure 3" lower than the
thigh measurement.-

Knee
|
Measure the center of the
knee.

Measure just above the ankle
bone over paddock boot or whatever shoes will be
worn.

|
Place the beginning of your
tape measure at the base of the belt loop of
pants fitting up on the waist, and measure
downward to a point that would be in line with
the crotch. Your purpose is to measure how long
the torso is from waist to crotch.

|
With your tape measure still
at the base of the belt loop, measure down the
front to the center of the kneecap.

Total length of
chap
|
With your tape measure still
at the base of the belt loop, measure down the
front of the leg, keeping your measurement
against the leg, to the desired length at the
instep of the foot.

|
Depending on what bottom style is
selected, the flare needs to be made
